This is where they go. Every account here starts as a stub built from a public record and nothing else, no timeline has been read and nothing is scored until the account holder claims their page and says we may. Every account on this directory is a public record reproduced: the profile X publishes for a handle the estate's roster names (who named it and why is on the ledger), and nothing more, rendered as plain text (emoji removed; the verbatim record is in the journal). A listed entry is a STUB - it is unclaimed, it is not scored, and no timeline has been read. Scoring starts when the account holder claims their page and authorises the read.

An account appears here because a public record files it as working in crypto and publishes an X handle for it. It does not appear because it is popular, and nothing on this page is a ranking: the number beside a heading is a count of rows.
How to check an entry
- Open the source link on the row. Every field on a stub was published by that page on the day named beside it, and nothing was added, inferred or rounded on the way here.
- Check the handle. Where the source publishes more than one X handle for a person, the first alphabetically names the page and all of them are listed on it, which is one of the things a claim fixes.
- Read what the entry does NOT say. A stub says it is a stub: unclaimed, not scored, no posts read. An entry with a score says who authorised the read and when.
